FairLiving was my team’s Capstone project. It’s an AI-powered platform that connects developers and governments to streamline housing approvals, increase transparency, and promote ethical development. Features like an AI compliance checker and live project/application status updates reduce back-and-forth and long wait times, prioritizing affordable housing builds and saving developers money on delays. I designed the prototype myself on Figma-currently, it is just the developer portal!
